Yes. A UniFi video intercom calls your phone when someone presses the button at the gate or front door. You see them in high resolution, speak to them, and release the door or gate from the app — whether you're upstairs or abroad.

We specialise in villas, houses of character, penthouses and larger apartments across Malta and Gozo — properties where thick limestone or concrete construction, several floors, courtyards or a large footprint make consumer routers and extenders unreliable.

Yes — houses of character are one of our specialities. Thick limestone walls, split levels, internal courtyards and roof rooms defeat consumer routers and extenders, which is why these homes so often have dead zones. We survey the property first and design access point positions and cable routes around the existing structure, so coverage reaches the courtyard, the roof and the back rooms with hardware placed discreetly. Cable preparation is carried out by your own electrician using our plans.

We install enterprise-grade hardware, primarily from the Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem — the same families used in commercial deployments, sized for residential use. That covers UniFi access points and networking for WiFi, and UniFi Protect cameras and recording for CCTV.

ISP routers and mesh kits are designed for typical apartments. In larger homes with solid walls and multiple floors they often leave dead zones, drop devices when you move between rooms, and slow down under load. A planned system with correctly placed access points gives full coverage and seamless roaming.

We design the full system — access point and camera positions, cable routes and network layout — and provide the plans. Electrical and cable preparation is carried out by your own appointed electrician using our plans. We then install, configure and test all WiFi and CCTV hardware.

Footage is recorded locally on a network video recorder (NVR) in your home, with optional encrypted off-site backup. Systems are configured so footage stays under your control rather than in third-party clouds, and you can view live and recorded footage securely from your phone.

Yes. Membership plans start at €10/month (Connect), with Care at €24/month and Concierge at €59/month, covering priority WhatsApp support, remote troubleshooting, scheduled checks and on-site visits depending on the plan. Membership is available for homes installed or assessed by Fast Link Malta.
