The intercom is designed alongside the WiFi and CCTV, so it runs on the same network and lives in the same app — rather than as a separate box with its own login. UniFi Protect handles the video doorbell, UniFi Access handles door and gate release, and both sit within the system you already use for the home.
Gate and electric door release integration is included in the design and configuration. Electrical and cable preparation is carried out by your own appointed electrician using our plans.
