1. Survey & Consultation
We assess the property layout, coverage requirements, camera positioning, and connectivity needs. This stage allows us to understand how the home is used and identify the most effective infrastructure approach.
2. Infrastructure & System Design
A complete installation plan is prepared, including WiFi access point placement, CCTV camera positioning, hardware specification, cable routing plans, and network topology.
All electrical and cable preparation works are completed by the client's appointed electrician using the plans provided by us.
3. Professional Installation
Once infrastructure preparation is complete, we install all supplied WiFi and CCTV hardware to professional standards with a focus on clean execution, reliability, and long-term performance.
4. Configuration & System Optimisation
We configure and optimise the entire system, including WiFi performance tuning, device integration, CCTV recording setup, remote mobile access, security configuration, and full system testing.
5. Ongoing Support
Following handover, customers can access ongoing support and system assistance through our membership support plans.
